Registration FAQs
All registration occurs through an online registration platform called Vagaro. You will sign up for an account the first time you register (via web or mobile app) and then have access to all Studio classes and programs. Payment holds your spot in the class, so all classes must be paid for at the time of registration.
You can pay by credit or debit through Vagaro, or onsite at the studio (please contact Nicole if this is your preferred option). Sorry, at this time we cannot accept cash or e-transfer.
Vagaro is designed for the health and wellness industry, so as a standard feature it offers patrons a tip option and I’m not able to turn this feature off. You can simply skip this prompt and go to the next step of the payment process without entering a tip amount.
You will need to register each child that is attending the class, so they are the “attendee”. Since all children require an accompanying adult, you do not need to register yourself!
Once you are on the registration screen, select “one attendee” and then click “next”. When you see the prompt, “who are you booking for?” you can select “add family and friends” and enter your child’s name. You will only have to do this the first time, after that your child’s name will appear on your account.
Absolutely!! Partners, grandparents, aunts/uncles, chosen family members.. anyone involved in your child’s life is welcome to join you, provided there is enough space. As a courtesy, please contact Nicole prior to the class to confirm space availability.
Yes! Siblings of registered attendees may attend the same class for half price. Just use the promo code SIBLING at checkout and you will receive a 50% discount. Siblings under 6 months attend for free – no registration required, just bring them along.
Yes you can cancel, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee a refund. Full or partial refunds may be offered depending on the reason for the request and whether we are able to fill the available spot. Please contact Nicole to discuss the specifics of your situation, we will try to be as accommodating as possible!
In most cases you can have a credit placed on your account which can be used for future classes or programs at the Studio.
Yes! There are two on-line options available:
Click here to buy 10 drop-in/storytime visits for $100(+GST) and receive THREE extra visits for free (total of 13 visits).
Click here to buy 5 drop-in/storytime visits for $50(+GST) and get ONE extra visit for free (total of 6 visits).
Yes! You can purchase a monthly membership for $50 which gives you unlimited access to all drop-in playtimes and storytimes in any 30-day period. Sorry, at this time memberships do not include multi-class programs like Musical Playground or Baby Signing classes.
You can set your membership to autorenew, or let it expire by the same number date in the following month. For example, if you purchased a membership on Jan 5th, it would expire or autorenew on February 5th.
